To check your gift card balance On-Line, follow these simple steps:

• Login or Register for a free OftenDining.com account.
• After you are logged in, select "Account" on the top right.
• Select "My Credit & Gift Cards" from the left navigation bar.
• Add your new card. Please note that a receipt from any in-store gift card transaction is required to register your card online.
• Once added, visit the "My Credit and Gift Cards" page anytime to view your gift card balance and previous transactions.

To check your balance by Telephone, follow these steps:

• Call 403-207-3349
• When the representative answers, inform them you would like to check your gift card balance.
• Provide the card number printed on the back of the card.
• The representative will provide the balance remaining (if any) of that card number.
